Blossom, a mass of calyxes on a cannabis plant's stem, top, or bud. The flowers of a cannabis plant refer to the hairy, often sticky bud or parts of the plant that are harvested and used to consume in a variety of cannabis products. Technically speaking, they’re the reproductive organs of the plant and when fertilized by a male plant, seeds will be produced. The word 'flower' is slowly becoming a replacement word among professionals in the cannabis industry and this is because the highest-quality cannabis consists of only undeveloped flowers, also known as the plant's buds.
